Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic Role:
∎ Business acquisition via lead management.
∎ Growing business volume by nurturing existing client portfolio.
∎ Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
∎ Proposal writing product demonstration to clients
∎ Provide training, coaching and grow up team members
∎ Team Role:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and manage the respective sales team to achieve the team target.
∎ Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze and implement best practice.
∎ Offer the best available solution that fit for customer requirements.
∎ Assist managers in sales strategy development
∎ Prepare the sales report and team members performance report to management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 years with 2 years of Team management
∎ Proven experience as in similar role.
∎ Must Have Skills: Corporate Sales and Experience for Tender preparation for MNC, NGOs and UN agencies
∎ Knowledge to have: Deep knowledge on ISP, IT Infrastructure and Software solution
∎ Excellent decision making and leadership skills.
∎ Outstanding communication abilities.
∎ Some knowledge on project management principles.
