Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in generating direct sales for e-commerce websites through paid advertising on social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of running profitable campaigns and optimizing funnels to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
TikTok Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Drive conversion-focused campaigns to generate sales from our e-commerce website
Set up and optimize:
Conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, server-side tracking)
Retargeting and lookalike audiences
Funnel strategy (Cold → Warm → Hot audiences)
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns:
Reduce CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Increase ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Improve CTR, conversion rate
A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
Collaborate with creative team for:
Ad creatives (image/video)
Copywriting that converts
Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports with insights and scaling strategies
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–5 years experience in performance marketing for e-commerce
Proven experience in generating direct sales (not just leads or engagement)
Strong knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager
TikTok Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience with:
Shopify / WooCommerce or custom e-commerce platforms
Conversion tracking & attribution models
Scaling winning campaigns
