Experience:
We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives with strong relationships in Oncology and Neurology segments. The primary responsibility is to generate patient referrals for overseas treatment through doctors, diagnostic centers, corporate partnerships, and medical referral networks.
This role requires strong field engagement, relationship building, and follow-up skills to convert warm leads into confirmed cases.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1️ Doctor & Diagnostic Relationship Development
Develop strong professional relationships with Oncology and Neurology doctors.
Engage with doctors as an MPO / Diagnostic Representative background professional.
Generate patient referrals for overseas treatment through doctors and diagnostic centers.
Regular visits and structured follow-ups to maintain referral flow.
2️Referral Network Development
Build and manage referral partners including:
Doctors and hospital administrators
Diagnostic center representatives
Medical attendants
Pharmaceutical MPOs
Hospital staff and coordinators
Maintain structured tracking of referral sources.
3️ Corporate & Awareness Campaign
Connect with corporate organizations to arrange:
Free medical awareness campaigns
Health seminars
Screening programs
Generate patient leads from these campaigns.
4️CRM Lead Conversion
Follow up on leads already communicated by call center team.
Convert warm leads into serious/hot leads.
Coordinate patient documentation and initial consultation processes.
5️ NGS Test Business Development
Promote NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) testing services through doctors.
Generate NGS test orders via doctor recommendation.
Coordinate sample collection and submission process as required.
🔹 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Business preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years experience as:
MPO (Medical Promotion Officer) OR
Diagnostic Center Representative
Strong working relationship with Oncology or Neurology doctors.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in referral-based business development will be highly preferred.
