Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Acquisition: Frequently conduct field visits to identify, hunt, and acquire new customers to expand the sales network.
Brand Promotion: Effectively promote and represent VERTIV, AMARON QUANTA, and other tech-related brands to potential clients and consultants.
Sales Targets: Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets through proactive market opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers through periodic physical visits, telephone calls, and emails.
Proposal & Presentation: Prepare, customize, and present professional business proposals and ensure effective client convincing.
Tender & Coordination: Provide active support in tender preparation/submission and coordinate with technical teams to ensure product solutions meet requirements.
Lead Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers for consistent follow-ups and lead generation.
Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to management.
Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by understanding consumer requirements to improve product marketability and profitability.
