An account manager is a vital bridge between a company and its clients. They are responsible for managing post-sale relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Key Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated liaison between clients and internal departments (like product, creative, and technical teams).
Client Retention: Ensure clients are receiving consistent value, managing contract renewals, and handling client inquiries.
Account Growth: Analyze client needs and market potential to spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Project Oversight: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are successfully executed and meet KPIs.
Reporting & Strategy: Track account performance, present progress reports, and collaborate on strategic planning to help clients reach their goals.
