• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in real estate/construction sales will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of construction, design, and real estate concepts

• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients effectivelySelf-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, networking, and site references

• Promote and sell company real estate projects (land & apartments)

• Explain project details, layouts, and technical aspects to clients clearly

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions

• Assist clients with pricing, booking, and documentation processes

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams for smooth sales execution

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
