Responsibilities & Context:
1. Product Management & Strategy
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for assigned medical devices
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends
Support product lifecycle management (launch, growth, maturity, phase-out)
Coordinate with global teams for product updates and positioning
2. Marketing & Promotion
Create promotional materials (brochures, presentations, digital content)
Organize product launches, campaigns, and awareness programs
Work with doctors and hospitals to promote products
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
3. Sales Support
Train and support the sales team on product features, benefits, and clinical applications
Participate in field visits, demos, and customer meetings
Help develop sales tools and competitive comparison materials
Track sales performance and suggest improvement strategies
4. Clinical Knowledge & Training
Develop a strong understanding of the medical devices and their clinical use
Provide product training to internal teams and external stakeholders
Stay updated on clinical studies and medical advancements relevant to the products
5. Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, and hospital decision-makers
Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, and technical teams
6. Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports
Identify new opportunities for market expansion
