Sales & Business Development - Chittagong Market
Take full responsibility for Textile Testing business growth in the Chittagong market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within RMG, Textile, Garments, Buying Houses, and supply chain stakeholders.
Drive sales planning, pipeline development and conversion to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
Strengthen SGS market positioning as a preferred Textile Testing service provider in the CTG zone.
Client Management & Market Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, buying houses, and decision‑makers.
Handle commercial negotiations, quotations and follow‑ups in line with SGS policies.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service coordination.
Team Leadership & People Management
Develop leadership capability and second‑line leadership within the team.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and promote accountability and ownership.
Act as a mediator to resolve internal issues and foster a collaborative, performance‑driven work environment.
Coordination With Operations & Service Delivery
Coordinate closely with Laboratory, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Support resolution of customer complaints, lab support issues, and service‑related challenges.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements in the CTG Testing market.
Analyze business data and prepare periodic sales performance and market analysis reports for management.
Process Development & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer‑oriented services and operational efficiency.
Support development of lead management and performance recognition processes to motivate the workforce.
OI, Safety & Compliance
Comply with SGS OI & Safety policies during client visits and business activities.
Promote a strong safety culture while operating in factories and industrial sites.
