∎ MBA/Masters in Marketing/Management from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up monthly and yearly sales target for field sales force in consultation with Head of Sales and ensure the targets are aligned with business goal
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and strategies and generate counter ideas to stay ahead of competition
∎ Monitor the freezer injection, pullout and redeployment as per business requirements
∎ Monitor distributors' appointment and termination process and relevant compliance
∎ Analyze, create and update Brand/ SKU comparison and performance report as per business requirement
∎ Conceptualize and propose different policies for sales team and distributors to help achieve business result
∎ Maintain and update ERP records timely and provide support in manpower status, bills, fridge updates and all other activities
∎ Assist the reporting heads in comprehensive area/region wise sales analysis and reporting
∎ Coordination with the cross functional teams for smooth execution of different policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : Minimum 5 - 6 years in FMCG industry
∎ Experience of professional ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision and so on) will be preferred
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
