• Basic Computer skill, Garments/Textiles ERP, Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes, Yarn Dyeing, Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.

• Communication and leadership skill is mandatory.

• Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.

• Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player.

• Must be able to supervise knit garments product inspection processes, identifying and addressing defects. 

• Perform tests for GSM, shrinkage, skewness, color fastness, and tensile strength.

• Monitoring compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns.

• Maintaining detailed reports on quality metrics and recommended improvements.

• Reducing inspection errors by implementing a new training program.

• Training team members on inspection techniques and quality standards.

• Ensure good housekeeping maintaining health & safety including 5S and compliance.

• Coordinate with Buying office, PPC, Merchandising, & related departments for smooth production purpose.

• Any other task assigned by the Management.
