∎ BSc in Textile Engineering/ Bachelor in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having a Certification of quality control will get extra preference (ISO: 9000)
∎ Training/Trade Course: QMS, QI.
∎ Skills Required: Quality Management System, TQM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Quality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct & coordinate the company's quality program including the implementation of QMS & QA procedures independently;
∎ Ensuring the projected DHU percentage, determining KPI (Quality related) & Traffic Light System;
∎ Develop & train of the QC team regarding the various defects (Major, Minor, critical & other from the customer);
∎ Maintaining initial, inline & final inspection from sewing to finishing section;
∎ Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other;
∎ Ensure good quality production of garments & on time delivery;
∎ Facilities proactive solution by collecting and analyzing quality data and ensure customers' requirements are fulfilled;
∎ Effectively handle the root cause, analysis & corrective action plan proactively;
∎ Review current standard & policies and Keep record of quality report for statistical reviews & relevant documentation to ensure legal standard are met;
∎ Communicate with external quality assurance officers during onsite inspection;
∎ Coordination with relevant workforce, department and management;
∎ Lead and monitor the entire quality work and report to management;
∎ Meeting with the concern and update the work status;
∎ Provide train and educate to quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the specifications;
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production;
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems;
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in communication & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English. Hindi will added extra advantage.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
