Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from a reputed organization.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Testing and assessing products (Beverages, Juice, Biscuits, Cake, and Snacks).
∎ Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue.
∎ Preparing the annual budget for the quality control department and ensuring compliance with the budgeted spending.
∎ To facilitate the requirements for ISO audit and others, ensure the audit must be carried out smoothly.
∎ Storage the Additives as per SOP & maintain FIFO during the Delivery time.
∎ Arrange QC meeting with respective unit on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QAM.
∎ Ensure that good manufacturing practices and good hygiene practices are followed to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Identify improvement areas for product, packaging, manufacturing, storage, and distribution.
∎ Monitors customer specifications to ensure proper weight and appearance of products produced.
∎ Ensures proper color codes are marked on the products produced.
∎ Approval/rejection of inhouse all lots of raw materials, packaging components and finished product are to be done according to the standard operating procedures.
∎ Responsible to ensure that all the raw materials, packing materials, in-process materials finished products are being tested as per the standard specifications and methods at agreed time intervals.
∎ Responsible to ensure that each batch of product has been packed and tested checked in accordance with defined laid down standard operating procedure and standard manufacturing documents.
∎ Responsible to ensure calibrations of all the equipment listed in the calibration master list according to the predetermined frequency.
∎ Responsible for reserve samples handling and stability program.
∎ Handling of reference standards, specifications, manufacturing documents at site.
∎ Monitoring of pest management programmed and ensuring its effectiveness.
∎ Responsible to review all the analytical/packing checks records on daily basis to ensure compliance to standard/specification.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):The food & Beverages Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, Assurance or Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Liquid and solid.
∎ Must have knowledge to ensure effective implementation of QMS, 5S, FSSC, HACCP in workplace.
∎ Proven experience in QC field.
∎ Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
∎ Strong leadership abilities.
∎ Candidates having 2/3 years of experience in a reputed Food company will get preference.
