Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Microsoft Excel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create excel templates for data collection and reporting.
∎ Review and update existing MIS system in each country, identify gaps and provide strategic guidance to ensure systematic data collection, analysis and reporting as well as improve the quality as per BI principles, and standards.
∎ Collect sales information and prepare a consolidated report.
∎ Sale data comparisons daily/ monthly.
∎ Collect daily expenses and prepare a report in view of that.
∎ Prepare a daily/ monthly report comparing between lifting and daily sales.
∎ Prepare product delivery report from depot to dealer.
∎ Review individual sales team performance.
∎ Prepare a product-wise stock report.
∎ Prepare a report on discount given to customer (If any).
∎ Calculate damage products of dealer and depot.
∎ Provide various types of information as per queries of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Key Account Management, Relationship Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel Skills.
∎ Highly skilled in Computer typing (Bangla and English).
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
