∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (preferably B.Sc in Textile)
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (preferably B.Sc in Textile)

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector.
∎ At least 1 year of work experience in the role of Assistant Manager, Quality Control.
∎ Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Fabrics process and finish quality).
∎ Vast knowledge on Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, printing, Embroidery , dye and washing) and planning.
∎ Analytical and statistical data analysis ability.
∎ Report writing and Communication skills.
∎ 5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to develop processes and quality control systems to ensure product quality.
∎ Provide guidance to the production team to ensure product quality.
∎ Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production.
∎ Ensure process quality through traffic light and 7-0 checking system.
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification.
∎ Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques.
∎ Maintain the records and provide the quality control report to the supervisor.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.
