• Prepare factory and unit-wise capacity plans based on manpower, efficiency, SMV, machinery allocation and style complexity.

• Develop sewing line loading plans and coordinate allocation of lines/resources.

• Monitor factory capacity utilization and proactively identify gaps and excess capacity.

• Plan order execution as per T&A to ensure on-time delivery.

• Analyze buyer orders & forecast capacity requirements to achieve monthly production targets.

• Lead line loading and scheduling to maximize capacity utilization and minimize idle time.

• Identify capacity gaps, potential risks, and propose preventive solutions.

• Review buyers’ order details, BOMs, cost sheets, and technical packs before planning.

• Plan fabric booking, trims follow up, and pre-production calendar.

• Track ongoing bulk orders with daily production progress.

• Coordinate with merchandising, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing & shipment team.

• Ensure milestones are met with zero delay and take corrective action.

• Maintain daily dashboard for WIP, line efficiency, output per hour, and downtime analysis

• Familiar with IE fundamentals, line balancing & bottleneck study.

• Monitor finished goods status, packing plans, and inspection dates.

• Ensure readiness for final shipment deadlines.

• Analyze root causes for delays and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
