Driven by a strong culture of innovation, sustainability, operational excellence, and strict compliance standards, the organization continues to strengthen its global footprint and competitive edge in the international apparel market is seeking a highly competent, analytical, and performance-driven professional for the position of Manager – Costing & Budget under the Finance & Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities :

1.       Prepare annual and quarterly budgets for knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garments units

2.       Coordinate with production, merchandising, and procurement teams for accurate projections

3.       Monitor budget utilization and implement cost control measures

4.       Calculate cost per piece including yarn, knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting, sewing, and packing

5.       Analyze consumption (yarn, dyes, chemicals, trims, accessories)

6.       Prepare CM (Cost of Making) and FOB cost sheets for buyers

7.       Monitor yarn price fluctuations and impact on costing

8.       Calculate knitting cost per kg and fabric cost per meter/kg

9.       Ensure efficient yarn utilization and minimize wastage

10.   Calculate dyeing cost based on shade, GSM, and fabric type

11.   Control chemical and utility consumption (water, steam, electricity)

12.   Analyze batch-wise costing and efficiency

13.   Track cost per process (knitting, dyeing, finishing, sewing)

14.   Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. standard consumption

15.   Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

16.   Prepare pre-costing and post-costing for each order

17.   Evaluate order profitability and margin analysis

18.   Support merchandising team in price negotiation with buyers

19.   Monitor stock of yarn, chemicals, dyes, and accessories

20.   Analyze wastage in knitting, dyeing, and cutting

21.   Implement measures to reduce process loss

22.   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports

23.   Develop MIS reports for management decision-making
