• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control/assurance in a socks manufacturing company.

• Strong knowledge of finishing processes and quality standards.

• Experience in handling quality inspections, audits, and compliance requirements.

• Good understanding of buyer requirements and international quality standards.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Asst. Quality Manager / Quality Manager (Socks Factory) in a 100% Export Oriented Socks Company.

Job location will be Gazipur (Hurrican Road National University).

• Ensure overall quality control throughout the socks manufacturing and finishing processes.

• Monitor production stages including knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and packing.

• Implement and maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements.

• Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections to ensure product quality.

• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and planning teams to ensure quality compliance.

• Lead and supervise the quality control (QC) team.

• Prepare and maintain quality reports, audit documents, and inspection records.

• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and company policies.

• Handle buyer audits and third-party inspections.

• Work on continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase efficiency.

• Ensure on-time shipment by maintaining required quality levels.
