• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.

• Textile Background will get priority.

We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Merchandiser in a 100% Export Oriented Socks Company.

Job location will be Gazipur (Hurrican Road National University).

• Communicate with buyers and liaison officer, factory personnel and all other related departments of the company.

• Coordinate with the factory team for proper and on-time execution of production, process and procedures of buyers.

• Lead the team to act as an effective team member, understanding the company`s & buyer’s requirements.

• Follow up on all sampling/approvals.

• Follow up all L/dips & color approvals and bulk materials.

• Proceed with the ERP/internal-based all data/doc.

• Ensure the Lab dip/ Print strike off/ Embroidery/ Trims card for Buyer approval.

• Follow up on the production according to the production plan to fulfill the Target ETD.

• Perform a Production report to send Buying House and ensure inspection on time.

• Advise the factory production quality team on fabric, production, quality, etc., related technical issues as an efficient, experienced troubleshooter.

• Ensure quality execution of orders up to "shipment of the goods, maintaining effective TNA & "Critical Path".

• Assist the in-house procurement team in sourcing trims and accessories as required, maintaining the standard.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
