• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing department a socks manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of finishing processes and quality standards.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Asst. Manager / Manager Finishing (Socks Factory) in a 100% Export Oriented Socks Company.

Job location will be Gazipur (Hurrican Road National University).

• Communicate and follow the production and shipment plan as suggested by planning department.

• Order to ship reconciliation report check.

• Take care of the productivity of all finishing activity as well as discipline and quality.

• Make daily production plan, short meeting with Asst. manager, finishing executive, supervisors to make them conscious about urgency and requirement.

• Reporting to superior about production and shipment status.

• Annalise the status between receiving and packing report and make effective plan to minimize backlog.

• Ensure the quality of packed goods and timely delivery for smooth shipment.

• Co-operation with sewing section for getting complete accordingly.

• In order to individual improvement encourage the employee and trained them for finishing related work for better production.

• Communication and co-ordination with merchandisers, commercial department for shipment related information as well as coordination with all production concern department.

• Daily production report monitoring, effective target setting for any new style, try to achieve the optimum efficiency.

• Handling final inspection.
