Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Textile) from any reputed university
Analyze production orders, sample, and prepare a loading plan.
Create effective production planning and monitor the production for on-time delivery.
Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
Ensure receiving quality raw materials and proper utilization as per job order.
Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process.
Monitor Daily Production Report and communicate with the management.
Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
