• Must be sound data management, reporting, making presentations and maintaining communication with internal & external parties.

• Should have basic knowledge of Quality and Compliance practices in the Apparel Industry

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.

• Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.

• Strong presentation and delivery skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English

• Proficient with MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

Job Context

The Coordinator – Quality & Technical is accountable for supporting the Quality team under the direction of the Quality Head in ensuring inspection schedules, monitoring inspection activities, following up with suppliers/factories and accumulating data for preparing timely reports. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communication related to updates from the Quality team.

Job Responsibilities

• Categorize geographical regions into Zones and maintain a tracker accordingly for all active suppliers.

• Allocate Independent Quality Auditors' (IQA) factory visits zone-wise as advised by the supervisor and share the database with them.

• Keep a record of customer claims BU-wise and share the report with GM/AGM for further necessary action.

• Collect IQA inspection reports to keep records and make summary with all the IQA reports.

• Working on quality manual, and SOP where necessary advised by Supervisor.

• Regular follow-up with QAM to take updates regarding all the respective factories' quality issues and make a summary report for Quality AGM to take necessary steps on need based.

• Maintain a proper record of all the first bulk samples including which one is rejected with reason and which one is passed, so that while required, we should submit them to management on need based.

• Effective control over all the Quality documents/records and maintenance with safety.

• Arrange monthly QAM meetings based on advice from the supervisor and communicate clear meeting minutes effectively.

• Collect monthly factory ratings from QAM BU-wise and share them with the quality AGM.

• Work effectively on process optimization and give quick support in any query from Supervisor.

• Act on any emergency or important issue and address it to the supervisor for effective corrective action.

• Liaise with PPC and MIS team for maintaining order running factory status.

• Make required presentation for Quality department on advice by Quality AGM/GM and Global head.
