• Address bottlenecks and proper line & manpower balance.
• Perform operation scanning to develop operator motion and workplace layout.
• Ensure line wise target efficiency.
• Assess new workers & staffs skill.
• Control extra OT manpower.
• Observe, discuss & record non-productive time.
• Ensure no “Zero” production hour.
• Ensure daily ERP/MIS event update.
• Ensure continuous SMV savings & innovation.
• Conduct skill assessment & multiskill.
• Ensure worker skill inventory update every month.
