bulk bag, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the product's TDS and share the requirements of customers with the team
∎ Ensure all necessary things required for testing raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods as per the quality procedure
∎ Implement quality strategies and action plans to produce standard products
∎ Monitor vulnerable quality parameters
∎ Ensure every quality inspector are properly aware of quality standard
∎ Analyze the incoming sample, customer complaints and communicate with the customer as and when necessary
∎ Standardize existing QC practices and preserve documents to face Audit successfully
∎ Supervise QC Inspectors and production stuff to maintain the quality of the products
∎ Provide necessary support to subordinates to comply with the requirements of QMS, OH & S, FSSC, EMS standards
∎ Inspect the supplied raw materials and received goods according to the quality policy and guideline
∎ Educate and train employees on the standardized manufacturing process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in PP woven bag/ FIBC Industry will get preference
∎ Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, QMS, OH & S, FSSC, and EMS
∎ Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Interpersonal skill
