Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality manager has to maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Risk assessment and feasibility study on garments at development stage
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by: Completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits.
∎ Correct quality/technical instruction are exhibited on each quality work stations.
∎ Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
∎ Directly involve with customers for the development regarding Quality/Colour/Testing and bond ability and lamination of Raw material.
∎ Develop the bonding parameters and communicate those parameters to ensure the bulk.
∎ Check randomly on all QI work stations once a day and make sure right product is passed.
∎ Responsible for monitoring hourly audit results of respective lines and resolve issue.
∎ Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
∎ Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
∎ Review all type of sample before sending to buyers.
∎ Provide technical assistance and solutions if problem occurs during bulk production and support to production team to implement quality standard.
∎ Check GSM, shading, fabric quality as per R&D approval updated pattern, cutting proper lay, fabric proper relaxations & follow all procedure as buyer standard and confirm that it is ok to proceed.
∎ Confirm to styling, shading, measurement & quality as per buyer standard.
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience minimum 07 years in Bonding Department.
∎ Working experience with all type of Lingerie Products.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Bonding.
