Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bonding Production follow-up & Set up every morning target.
∎ Prepare weekly Bonding Production Planning & implantation for meet the Shipment date.
∎ Set up the production Line for respective floor according to company Instruction.
∎ 4"M" & 4"P" Implement Proper way (4M - Man -Machine - Materials- Method & 4P -People - Policy- Procedure-Product).
∎ Start the PP meeting Layout, Breakdown, Machine Flowchart difficult issue discuss before new style start.
∎ Lean activities, time study, motion study & others method applies for increase productivity.
∎ Layout time insure right person right position.
∎ First time quality insure & pickup productivity & style change over time reduce.
∎ Layout time hourly production flow up & increase efficiency.
∎ Properly flow -up Cutting, printing, EMB & CWS Issue for my line.
∎ Good communicate with others related department like Merchandising, Cutting, printing, pattern, QA, IE & Admin.
∎ Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery.
∎ Lean activities, time study, motion study & others method applies for increase productivity.
∎ 5'S implementation and audit every day.
∎ Risk assessment and feasibility study on garments at development stage
∎ Confirm to styling, shading, measurement & quality as per buyer standard.
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience minimum 10 years in Bonding Department.
∎ Working experience with all type of Lingerie Products.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Garments Bonding production.
