Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all quality assurance activities from raw material inspection to finished goods shipment.

• Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications, AQL standards, and international compliance requirements.

• Monitor in-line, mid-line, and final inspections to ensure consistent quality throughout the production process.

• Identify defects and non-conformance issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality-related concerns quickly.

• Review and approve PP (Pre-Production) samples, size sets, and shipment samples as per buyer requirements.

• Maintain strict compliance with buyer quality manuals, SOPs, and audit requirements.

• Liaise with buyer representatives, 3rd party inspectors, and auditors to ensure smooth quality approvals.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) policies, procedures, and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure quality records, inspection reports, and documentation are maintained accurately for audits and client reference.

• Train line QC inspectors and sewing operators on quality standards, defect prevention, and best practices.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce rework, and improve efficiency.

• Enforce workplace safety, compliance, and environmental standards as per textile industry regulations.

• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare Quality Performance Reports for management review.
