Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of quality control in the sewing of garment production process. This includes monitoring the quality of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products;
∎ Develop and implement inspection procedures to assess the quality of products at various stages of production with visual inspections, measurements, and other quality checks;
∎ Ensure that products meet the established quality standards, specifications, and industry regulations. Keep up to date with industry trends and quality standards;
∎ Identify areas for process improvement in the sewing and production process to enhance quality and efficiency;
∎ Train and educate production staff on quality control processes and standards. This may include conducting training sessions and workshops on quality-related topics;
∎ Develop and maintain a system for identifying and addressing defects on products;
∎ Maintain records of quality control processes, inspection results, and defect reports. Generate reports and provide documentation to support quality-related decisions;
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as production, technical , and management, to ensure clear communication and understanding of quality standards and requirements;
∎ Monitor the quality of materials and components supplied by external vendors and suppliers; Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure factory preparations for quality audit;
∎ Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization;
∎ Lead a team of quality control inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness in maintaining product quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on Knit products manufacturing process;
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
