Production/ Operation Management, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make formulation for filler masterbatch production.
∎ Maintain FMB production schedule & ensure production deadlines.
∎ Run filler master batch as per formulation alongside production officers effectively.
∎ Work with the quality control department for raw materials & finished product analysis with sophisticated machines.
∎ Develop product formulation for cost-effective FMB production.
∎ Analysis of raw materials MFI, density, melting temperature & cooling temperature, master batch product development, and color fading.
∎ Analysis of reduced cycle time, product quality, rejection rate, market return damage goods rate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in plastic raw materials analysis (PP, HDPE, LDPE, FMB).
∎ Responsible for all types of quality control activities for GCC, Coated & FMB production.
