Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production targets and follow up to achieve the targeted production.
∎ Ensure product formulations are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet quality standards.
∎ Analysis of raw materials’ melt flow index (MFI), density, melting temperature, cooling temperature, and color fading.
∎ Set up production lines based on planning and manpower/materials availability.
∎ Implement quality strategies as well as monitor vulnerable quality parameters.
∎ Ensure every quality inspection are properly aware of quality standard.
∎ Standardize existing QC practices and prepare documents to face audit successfully.
∎ Supervise QC inspectors and production staff to maintain the quality of the products.
∎ Monitor workers continuously to reduce production cycle time, rejection rate, and damaged goods rate.
∎ Prepare and analyze production reports and provide regular updates to the plant head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates having working experience in Calcium Carbonate Plants will get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge about the production process of Filler masterbatch.
∎ Must have experience in plastic raw materials analysis (PP, HDPE, LDPE, FMB).
∎ Practical experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Email correspondence.
∎ Interpersonal skills.
