Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring timely, quality and end to end delivery of tech/enterprise projects.
∎ Bringing in all stakeholders, internal and external, tying in loose ends, resolving conflicts thus ensuring delivery.
∎ Proactively plan project activities within the context of the wider business program.
∎ Maintain oversight of milestones, risks, issues and provide mitigation plans accordingly.
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
∎ Responsible for appropriate and timely escalation, especially for significant risk issues to governance committees, senior Management, risk or control functions, and other required stakeholders.
∎ Meet with stakeholders (external/internal) to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each delivery
∎ Use and continually develop leadership skills.
∎ Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Project Management skill with PMP certification (preferred).
∎ Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
∎ Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
∎ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Salary: Negotiable
