Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish existing production standards in consultation with the Plant Head as and when required.
∎ Plan to ensure round-the-clock condensed milk production shifts.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products.
∎ Allocate tasks to down the line team according to set standards and manpower specialization.
∎ Develop implementation plan regarding maintenance, repair and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
∎ Implement action plans for achieving set targets according to set production objectives.
∎ Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure overall health and safety.
∎ Guide, monitor and follow up every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
∎ Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.
∎ Prepare periodic reports to update Senior Management on food production activities
∎ Assist team players to enhance their skills and knowledge through in house training and development as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
∎ Good analytical skills.
∎ Adequate understanding of HACCP, HALAL and Total Quality Management system.
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
