Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about the overall Flexible Packaging manufacturing process, Raw Materials & Recipe.
∎ Leadership quality to run the Floor independently
∎ Have the capacity and capability to meet the target given by the management
∎ Focus on wastage reduction and improve productivity
∎ Best use of the given resources.
∎ Oversee the entire production process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of quality products.
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
∎ Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may impact product quality or delivery times.
∎ Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Implement and maintain a continuous improvement program to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
