Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering from Any reputed public university/private university.
∎ Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains knowledge of new and developing manufacturing technology, equipment, and applications; applies this knowledge to recommend and implement new technology and processes. Prepares operations manuals for new or existing equipment.
∎ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
∎ Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all department locations
∎ Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
∎ Assembles machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools, and welding equipment.
∎ Reviews production program equipment, hardware, and tooling; makes recommendations for repairs or replacement.
∎ Good to have knowledge in PLC.
∎ Ability to work overtime to meet customer needs
∎ Other duties as assigned

∎ Willingness for self-development and career progression in the packaging industry
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Be hard working, having a positive attitude towards working in a team and communicate to all levels of resources and management
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent skill on MS excel.
∎ Vigorous problem solving and investigative abilities
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to travel & stay anywhere in Bangladesh
