Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma-In-Engineering (for highly experienced candidate, minimum education SSC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FIBC, woven factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production target and coordinate to achieve targeted production
∎ Follow up the production of tapeline, circular loom, needle loom, lamination, liner, lofil (PPMF extrusion) and recycle machine
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials
∎ Meet the quality requirements & delivery of products
∎ Reduce wastage & minimize rework
∎ Train up the team members to increase productivity & system development.
∎ Keep records and analyze for betterment.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment according to the requirement of standards and laws.
∎ Coordinate with inter and intra department to achieve efficiency in production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on tapeline, circular loom, needle loom, lamination, liner, lofil (PPMF extrusion) and recycle machine
∎ Knowledge on fire and security issues
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities
