Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the full production process of door and plywood.
∎ Maintain the daily production target.
∎ Look after the machine condition and inform the higher authority, if any problem is found.
∎ Check the material's stock, if found shortage then give requisition as per the production target.
∎ Maintain the material and spare parts safety stock for smooth production.
∎ Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production report.
∎ Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize the wastage of raw materials.
∎ Ensure maximum use of utilities.
∎ Keep the production floor neat and clean.
∎ Keep eyes on employees safety and security.
∎ Responsible for quality control department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Fluent in both English & Bengali writing & speaking.
