Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma /B.Sc in (Elect/Mech/Text /Industries) Engineering./Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) in production and operations process to meet the requirements of buyers.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate the total activities of the Factory.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity, efficiency and quality excellence through use of manpower, material, machinery/equipment and other physical assets employed in the Factory.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) in production and operational management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Section production planning & control according to order.
∎ Ensure production planning, purchase planning, production and available stock as per market demand.
∎ Control and utilization of men, material for optimum productivity.
∎ Supervise bottom line to get highest output with quality.
∎ Streamline inventory of all production floor.
∎ Efficiently and correctly supervise the preparation of all documentations related to imports & exports.
∎ Maintain day to day standard output with line planning/ balancing & quality.
∎ Submit daily production and product wise man-hour report to the superior.
∎ Follow up machine capacity and output.
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects /Not Good (NG) as per buyer's instruction.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum three (3) years as Sr.officer/ Asst.Manager (Production) in a large reputed Garments factory.
