Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange daily manpower setup as per production targets.
∎ Ensure optimal and minimal use of manpower without compromising productivity.
∎ Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
∎ Maintain and update production reports and related KPIs.·
∎ Must have hands-on experience and sound technical knowledge of biscuit, cookies, toast, and cake production processes.
∎ Continuously monitor and implement strategies to reduce the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to increase profitability.
∎ Efficiently allocate machines, labor, and raw materials to maximize production output.
∎ Ensure full utilization of production assets and equipment.
∎ Assist HOD in reviewing and developing production processes for continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.
∎ Ensure production quality standards are maintained.
∎ Guarantee on-time delivery of finished products as per market/dispatch requirements.
∎ Supervise the production floor and monitor operator performance.
∎ Identify areas of waste and implement measures to minimize them.
∎ Detect and resolve daily production issues quickly to maintain smooth production flow.
∎ Context:
∎ To support the production department in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly output targets by ensuring effective manpower planning, process optimization, quality control, cost reduction, and timely delivery of finished goods with minimal waste.
