Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and process orders received through Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and other social media platforms.
Maintain professional communication with customers via phone calls, messages, and emails.
Handle product inquiries, confirm orders, and conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with the delivery team and courier services to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Support office production-related activities, including packaging, stock checking, order preparation, and raw material purchasing.
Prepare daily sales reports, perform basic data entry, and handle other routine office tasks.
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards completing additional tasks assigned by management as required.
