Job Context:
∎ Identity Management System (IMS) is a product is focused to empower digital enablement of an identity and its life cycle management. As part of the growing team, this incumbent will work directly with product lead to help envision, plan and drive the evolution of our current and future features.
∎
∎ This position has a tremendous impact on the strategic expectation of the company. You will ultimately be responsible for the realization of products; from ideation to prototyping, and eventually deployment in the market. You are expected to proactively engage with solution as well as business teams and stakeholders to maximize the success factors of associated product(s).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
∎ Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, QA, Operations, Business etc. Ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation plans match expectations.
∎ Conducting relevant research studies. Understand and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
∎ Conduct interviews and demonstration calls with potential end users or partners. Answer product related inquiries.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of use cases and user experience.
∎ Collaborating with designers and engineers to develop user experiences around new features and solve problems.
∎ Work with the solution provider to assess the solution and test before release. Also, address technical risks.
∎ Understand and analyze data, algorithms, and automated systems.
∎ Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
∎ Analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments etc.
∎ Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
∎ Day to day product monitoring, Monitor product roadmaps, Manage partner & vendor
∎ Ensure on demand product support
