Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the work plan of pattern tech, Workload balancing of pattern techs, schedule upcoming tasks of pattern tech, fallow up and share with management.
∎ Maintain critical path/tracking for every customer and fallow up pattern tech for OTD and accuracy & Maintain block and pattern library in a sortable sequence.
∎ Instruct, guide pattern techs for critical styles and amendments, ensure standards are fallowed, consider practical impact and application of the amendment & PLM fluency, download and upload relevant PLM details as per the requirement, ensure block/grading rules availability in PLM, train the team for PLM usage.
∎ When style confirms develop graded spec and obtain customer approval. Ensure the accuracy of graded spec, accurate grading as per the rule/guidelines and practical application of critical grading.
∎ Instruct to make R&D sample or mock-up for critical styles or components.
∎ Guide pattern techs to develop base pattern based on Tech pack details and reference provided by Merchandiser and Buying team
∎ Provide guidance to tech team for accuracy of patterns against Tech pack/sample, understand details of technical issues/inputs and mark seam allowance, notch/cut marks required on patterns.
∎ When style confirms develop graded spec and obtain customer approval. Ensure the accuracy of graded spec, accurate grading as per the rule/guidelines and practical application of critical grading.
∎ Ensure all design alignment, matching point, Mirror requirement, engineered techniques to cutting team and pass the details to costing team.
∎ Obtain and advise proper shrinkage application to pattern based on requirement.
∎ Ensure advance hand over pattern and details to sample cutter, explain requirements such as placement, grain line etc, monitor cutting process to ensure that instructions have been followed and cut panels are as per requirements.
∎ When style confirms develop graded spec and obtain customer approval. Ensure the accuracy of graded spec, accurate grading as per the rule/guidelines and practical application of critical grading.
