Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all garments are technically viable for design & quality parameters with customer requirement;
∎ Communicate effectively with the Development team based on production to ensure that the garment is constructed as per specifications and meets the performance criteria;
∎ Organize meetings about style, technical details, production feasibility with low cost and proper communication with customer;
∎ Ensure that all information such as patterns, technical data, Machinery attachments /folder attachments etc. are transferred to bulk production accurately and effectively;
∎ Provide the necessary support and expert knowledge to finalize standard minute value and operation breakdowns along with the central IE department;
∎ Follow-up on time & accurate dispatch of PP samples;
∎ Ensure the pre-production sample is prepared with actual fabrics & trims etc;
∎ Ensure pre-production meetings are conducted at the factories, participating in the pre-production meetings;
∎ Ensure that the correct sewing methods/ techniques are followed during garment assembly in order to maintain the required quality standards and productivity levels;
∎ Follow-up the team to ensure the ‘Tech Pack’ is prepared accurately with required measurements, construction details (e.g. cut marks required, operations required etc.) and complete pack handed over for the pre-production meeting with the factories;
∎ Support the technical team from garment Technology to product Engineering and enhance their overall capabilities such as Technical competency, pattern knowledge, management skills and leadership capabilities;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the team effectiveness by implementing an MOS culture in the working environment by focusing on- 5s & KAIZEN;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 years experience in similar designation.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
