Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure market analysis of existing resources;
∎ Reserve capacity at Sample Room based on the capacity plan, in order to facilitate the timely delivery of samples to customer by liaising with Buying Office, Marketing & Planning Department;
∎ Understand design intend and tech pack, Clarify and understand design intend. Clarify technical specification, construction and workmanship, placement details;
∎ Ensure pre-QCO activities are taken place to back to back feeding and minimizing changing time;
∎ Ensure that all samples are sewn in a timely and accurate manner whilst, catering to customer requirements by performing;
∎ Resolve technical/ quality issues and spread awareness of the related operations to the technical teams in order to communicate the relevant tolerance levels with regard to the production feasibility;
∎ Creat SMS Schedule with planning team, follow-up material and information flow, share regular update and inspection plan with marketing and buying QA whilst ensuring customer request date;
∎ Support ongoing process improvement initiatives;
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise and train up subordinates;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 5 years working experience in Product Development with large garments industry.
∎ Stays up-to-date on product trends, innovative forms, new manufacturing techniques, quality and buyer's requirement of new product.
∎ Knowledge on existing market and new opportunities.
∎ Ability to apply and interpret statistical/economic/business analysis.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and analytical ability.
∎ Strong technical and time management skill.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1 year working experience in the same position.
