- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Fashion/Textile Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Arrange Fast React (FR) line plan based on Raw Materials (RM) support considering FR delivery plan by utilizing factory capacity.
- Communicate with the planning department and get the monthly booking, according to that setting the monthly plan within 25th day of the month and send it to the head of embellishments.
- Achieve daily printing plan and monthly printing plan.
- Communicate with MCD (Machine Control Department) & maintain the chemical stock.
- On time sample delivery.
- Coordinate daily printing production meeting to communicate plan changes and deviations.
- Follow-up actual print Efficiency & production against plan on hourly basis and highlight the deviations.
- Achieve monthly printing budget and printing cost per piece & identify the real time drivers of improvements.
- Providing inspection schedule weekly/monthly to factory concerns.
- Monitor & follow-up tactical level of measurements (OTD) & meet BP (Business plan) sales target.
- Work with cross functional team to find the corrective action when there is deviation in implementation level of measurement.
- Align all the processes according to EOS.
- Maintain zero percent quality rejection.
