Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ BSc in IPE/Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Minimum 8 years of practical experience in export-oriented trims and accessories organization.
∎ A deep understanding of the trims and accessories industry, including market demand, and manufacturing processes.
∎ Strong analytical skills in market analysis for product costing, product certification, and testing parameters.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the achievement of all production KPIs (functional and business), including efficiency and productivity, are maintained according to the plan.
∎ Collect order sheet and follow production & delivery schedule.
∎ Lead initiatives to improve processes and reduce overhead costs.
∎ Collaborate with the team to address customer complaints, providing effective solutions to the Customer Service and Marketing teams for sustainable business relationships.
∎ To initiate on Testing standard, requirements and how to achieve for Process improvement and GAP Analysis.
∎ Conduct employee evaluations holistically and foster the professional development of team members. And Ensure effective succession.
∎ Addressing Technical Challenges: Collaborating with buyers or customers during the development phase to resolve technical issues effectively.
∎ Risk Mitigation: Actively participating in risk mitigation processes to prevent potential technical problems during the bulk production stage.
∎ Ensuring Specification Accuracy: Verifying and maintaining the accuracy of product specifications throughout the development stage to meet quality and performance standards;
∎ Gather financial data: revenue, costs (fixed and variable), profit margins, and other key metrics.
∎ Segment the data: By product lines, customer groups, regions, or projects.
∎ Actively participate in projects, initiatives, and events assigned by management to support the organization's overall success, enhance business outcomes, and promote the happiness and well-being of its stakeholders.
