Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Telecommunication/CSE/ECE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the efficient operation and management of the dark core network infrastructure.
∎ Ensure high availability and reliability of the dark core network, minimizing downtime.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date library of overhead fiber KMZ files for network planning and troubleshooting
∎ Manage and update fiber optic network drawings, including as-built drawings, to reflect the current network configuration.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive fiber maintenance strategies and schedules.
∎ Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely maintenance and repairs, minimizing service disruptions.
∎ Generate regular reports on SLA performance, including uptime, response times, and resolution times
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with and monitor vendors.
∎ Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and preparation of monthly recurring and annual maintenance plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunication/NTTN.
∎ Proficiency in project takeovers.
∎ Skill in editing and drawing KMZ files.
∎ Familiarity with as-built drawing management.
∎ Additional Requirements: Computer Operating, Email, Net Browsing, Good command over Writing & Reading English
