Responsibilities & Context:
- Generate Monthly Sales report of Textile Division;
- Work Closely with Supply Chain Department to Identify and source raw materials (yarns, dyes and chemicals);
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and ensure timely delivery of raw materials;
- Generate fabric price daily as per buyers requirement for the developed samples in coordination with the R&D team;
- Ensure the best prices for fabrics for any potential buyer requirement for business development in coordination with R&D by doing all types of cost engineering;
- Collaborate with fabric development teams to ensure the fabric prices for newly developed fabric samples based on market trends and customers demands;
- Provide technical input on fabric construction, finishing processes, and product innovation for price optimization;
- Generate and Ensure fabric prices for Bulk fabric booking in coordination with approved sample prices;
- Negotiate with buyer if any discrepancies or amendments required for bulk fabric price with approved sample;
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule and monitor the progress of fabric manufacturing;
- Ensure stock optimization by Monitoring the inventory stock. Best utilization of idle stock by creating sales proposal and daily monitoring with buyer;
- Assess liabilities settlement for any discrepancies during bulk production with buyer;
- Monthly and weekly capacity deceleration and ensure best collaboration with buyer for maximum capacity utilization;
- Ensure on time PI generation from buyer to smooth the production process;
- Gather feedback from clients regarding the products and services provided and dressing any client complaints or issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Work closely with the design, production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery of products.
