Job Context:
∎ AIIM Global Limited is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Mobile &
∎ Accessories Sales to lead the Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing a fast-paced.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managed overall sales & distribution of AIIM Global Devices & Gadgets.
∎ Prepare retail channel activity implementation plan in order to gain maximum trade push
∎ and provide best customer experience.
∎ Develop the right distribution set-up to optimize availability of products in the area.
∎ Lead a team of members guiding them and bringing the best out of them.
∎ Lead the Area Team by setting the right direction, focus and priorities to drive and
∎ achieve business goals.
∎ Develop long-term business relationships with stakeholders and key channel partners.
∎ Ensure proper development of team members through job training, coaching, guidance
∎ etc. to ensure that the Sales objectives are achieved through the application of a highly
∎ professional approach.
∎ Strictly monitoring distribution and retail credit management to ensure positive ROI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years

∎ ?Proven track record of managing and building growth teams and working in a high-pressure environment that is extremely quantitative and target-driven.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
