• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

1. Execute effective production planning to ensure timely order fulfillment.

2. Monitor and follow up on bulk production and merchandising activities.

3. Prepare and coordinate trims and accessories booking as per production requirements.

4. Handle sample requisition and ensure timely sample development.

5. Conduct regular follow-up on sample approval and production status.

6. Coordinate closely with R&D, Design Studio, and PDC teams for smooth execution.

7. Participate in SS/PP meetings and provide necessary factory support.

8. Maintain ERP updates and generate required reports accurately and timely.
