Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
- The applicant should have at least 2 year experience in the same position;
- Must have working experience in Marketing & Merchandising (Knit outwear garments) with branded buyer like M&S will get preferance;
- Strong knowledge on merchandising with garments product flow;
- Can lead local & foreign buyer meeting independently;
- Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship;
- Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Handling a buyer independently;
- Intense communication with cross functional department to ensure order execution & customer service;
- Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals;
- Ensuring Budgeted profitability;
- Ability to Lead 10-to-12-person team;
- Production Monitoring;
- Negotiation with Buyer.
