• B.Sc in Apparel Manufacturing or Textile

• Age At least 30 years

• The applicant should have at least 2 year experience in the same position;
• Must have working experience in Marketing & Merchandising (Knit outwear garments) with branded buyer like M&S will get preferance;
• Strong knowledge on merchandising with garments product flow;
• Can lead local & foreign buyer meeting independently;
• Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship;
• Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.

• Handling a buyer independently;
• Intense communication with cross functional department to ensure order execution & customer service;
• Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals;
• Ensuring Budgeted profitability;
• Ability to Lead 10-to-12-person team;
• Production Monitoring;
• Negotiation with Buyer.
