Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Marketing & Branding will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, increase market share, and drive sales growth. The role requires strong creativity, market insight, and experience in fashion or footwear branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan and execute mass media marketing, targeted, direct marketing, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Manage brand communication, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.

  • Oversee social media platforms, digital marketing activities, and content development.

  • Plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store branding activities.

  • Monitor marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

  • Evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and prepare reports for management.
